Allow members to add in cities themselves

If you want the BEST and fastest growing gay community app then here what i have to say...Let users be able to easily add CITIES and not just venues or bars, there alre ALOT of large cities that go un-noticed because of this. Right now, the app is creator moderated only and it appears that the admins/creators have stopped listening... it is time for a radical change if you want to keep this app alive!

I live at the Monterrey Metropolitan Area and it has at least 10 LGBT bars and clubs and, curiously, is called "MonteGay"

Dear GayCities.com, I'm an event designer in Milan and I'd like to suggest you to add Milan city, a beautiful city with a HUGE and OPEN gay scene (more than 50 venue), so different from Rome. Milan has a huge variety of weekly gay-nights for every target and moods.

Can you make it that when I type in French, German, or other languages that the accents display correctly when we write messages?
